Welcome to KruÁjña – Beyond the Known. By enrolling in this program / course, you (“student,” “learner”, “scholar”) herein after referred to as participant; agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering.
2.1. To register for this program / course, the participant shall complete the registration with accurate and up-to-date information.
2.2. By registering, the participant shall confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Any false information shall result in the termination of your enrolment.
2.3. Enrolment is subject to availability and KruÁjña reserves the right to accept or decline any registration at discretion.
2.4. Registration process shall be completed 10 (Ten) days before the program / course start date or earlier.
3.1. The total fees for the Comprehensive Classes is Rs.25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand). This fee can be paid in full upfront or in instalments. If opting for instalments, the payment schedule is as follows:
* First Instalment: Rs.12,500 (Twelve Thousand Five Hundred) payable at the time of registration.
* Second and Final Instalment: Rs.12,500 (Twelve Thousand Five Hundred) payable after 40 (Forty) hours of program / course completion.
3.2. The total fees for the Revision Classes is Rs.8,000 (Eight Thousand) payable at the time of registration.
3.3. Payments can be made online through UPI or bank transfers.
3.4. Failure to pay the required fees by the due date shall result in suspension or termination of your enrolment.
3.5. For every week of delay in payment of the second and final instalment in case of Comprehensive Classes, a late fee of Rs.500 (Five Hundred) shall be charged.
4.1. If you wish to cancel your enrolment, you must notify in writing via email – thethirdeye@kruajna.com 10 (Ten) days before the course start date. Any cancellation on or after the commencement of the course shall be subject to a 10% cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded.
4.2. KruÁjña reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, you shall be offered a full refund or the option to enrol in a different batch of the program later.
5.1. Program / course shall be delivered online through platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.
5.2. The total duration of the Comprehensive Classes shall be 100 (Hundred) hours and the total duration of the Revision Classes shall be 30 (Thirty) hours and hence to achieve an optimised class duration, the classes shall be conducted from Monday to Thursday with a two-hour schedule every day covering 8 (Eight) hours per week.
5.3. Support shall be provided through doubt-clearing sessions scheduled after the mutual consent between the program lead and the participants of the program / course.
5.4. As part of the assessment, tests and assignments shall be conducted.
5.5. No preset study material shall be provided, as the objective is to build active engagement, memory enhancement, increasing writing speed and summarising skills, promoting effective time management during study sessions and deepening critical thinking through effective in-class note taking by the participants.
5.6. KruÁjña reserves the right to modify course content, materials at any time to improve the learning experience.
5.7. To ensure the delivery of personalised and focussed learning experience, the classes / sessions shall not be recorded and recording by the participants (students, learners, scholars or others) of the program / course (shall not be permitted.
6.1. You agree to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour during all interactions with the program lead and fellow students.
6.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour shall result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of your enrolment without a refund.
6.3. Participants shall not engage in any form of academic dishonesty, including cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized collaboration.
6.4. Participants shall respect the program lead’s / tutor’s / instructor’s personal time and the participants of the program or other parties so interested in the program / course may contact the program lead at dedicated and decided time slots as provided by the program lead at the start of the program / course.
6.5. As the program / course would be conducted online, any kind of disturbances or interferences from the surroundings of the participants shall not be entertained.
7.1. Participants shall not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course materials without prior written consent from KruÁjña.
8.1. KruÁjña is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8.2. By enrolling in the program / course, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data for the purposes of course administration, communication, and providing educational services only.
8.3. KruÁjña will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary to provide our services.
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KruÁjña is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program / course.
9.2. KruÁjña’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to your enrolment is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the relevant course.
10.1. KruÁjña reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or the website.
10.2. For continued participation in the courses, any amendments constitute acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [India].
11.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Bengaluru, Karnataka].
